Is it normal to have detox symptoms the first few days?

Yes, it is normal although it does not always happen, everything depends on your body and the level of accumulated toxicity among many other factors.

If you notice that you need to go to the bathroom more frequently or experience joint pain, this is completely normal. These symptoms will gradually disappear naturally. Below we explain what can be done about it.

The recommended dosage is ten drops a day, but since it is a completely natural product, poisoning and overdose are not possible, so it is possible to increase the daily dosage as necessary.

What dose should adults take?

You just started: 5-10 drops daily
More than 2 months taking it: 10 - 20 drops daily
Deep detox: 20-40 drops daily (intermittent periods)

What dose should children under 14 take?

You just started: 3-5 drops daily
Taking it for more than a month: rest for one to two weeks or alternate days
Deep Detox: 5-10 drops daily (If you have already consumed it for a month or more)

Can pregnant women consume Alcalina?

To date, there are no studies on pregnancy and breastfeeding regarding organic minerals, so we cannot recommend their consumption by pregnant women. That is why we advise you to seek help from a health professional before starting to use our product.
