affiliate policy
The Bionobo® Affiliate Program offers eligible affiliates, including blogs and other third-party websites (“Affiliates”), the opportunity to receive commissions on certain sales made on the Bionobo® website that originate from links on an Affiliate’s website. This Advertising Policy explains your rights and responsibilities when participating in the Bionobo® Affiliate Program.
This policy is part of our Privacy Policy . By participating in the Bionobo® Affiliate Program, you agree to this policy and our Privacy Policy.
1. Requirements for entry and participation in the Bionobo® Affiliate Program
Those who wish to access the Bionobo® Affiliate Program must submit an application, which will be subject to approval by Bionobo®. To do so, the affiliate must send us an email to hola@bionobo.com.
During the application process, we may ask potential affiliates to share additional information about the pages on which they intend to promote Bionobo® products or services.
The following types of websites are prohibited from participating in the Affiliate Program:
- “Cashback” or discount voucher sites (websites that offer rewards for purchasing items through certain referral links).
- Price comparison sites.
- Advertising networks (networks dedicated to selling or publishing advertisements on the Internet).
- Sites that use pop-up boxes or windows (websites that open pop-up messages or hidden windows in users' browsers).
- Sites that violate Bionobo® Privacy Policy.
- Sites with sexual, religious, political or other controversial content.
- Participation in the Affiliate Program may be restricted to Affiliates from certain countries and is void where prohibited by law. Bionobo® reserves the right to approve or reject, for any reason, any request to participate in the Affiliate Program, even if the Affiliate has already made a transaction.
Affiliates may leave the Affiliate Program and terminate this agreement at any time by sending an email to hello@bionobo.com . Bionobo® reserves the right to remove Affiliates from the program, as well as to refuse service to any person or entity, for any reason and at any time.
2. Commissions, qualified sales and payments
As an Affiliate, you may receive commissions for qualified sales. The commission percentage is 20% on the first purchase of a new customer who has not previously purchased from the www.bionobo.com store and 10% of the total purchase indefinitely for each recurring purchase that any referred customer makes from the store. Bionobo® reserves the right to change this percentage at any time and for any reason, or even not pay the amount to the Affiliate if it considers that he has made an illegal use of his right as an affiliate.
The commissions for our re:set® enzyme kit will be as follows:
- 10% commission on the first sale.
- 5% commission on recurring sales.
For the Affiliate program, discounts and commissions may be applied exclusively to products of the BIONOBO and FOLLOW THE PLANTS brands, therefore products of the ALKANATUR and other brands are excluded from the affiliate program and do not enjoy discounts within this program.
Qualified sales are defined as sales made on the Bionobo® website ( www.bionobo.com ) by users who access the Bionobo® website by clicking on an approved link on an Affiliate website (hereinafter the “Affiliate Link”). Affiliate Links, including URLs, banners or headers, and other creative materials, are available on the Affiliate Program platform. In order to receive payment, it is essential that Affiliates have not altered any of the text links or creative materials available through the Affiliate Program platform. In order for updates to creative material to be applied immediately, Affiliates may not include any type of hardcode in their links that directly refer to their sites.
The Affiliate Program platform uses cookies in the browser to verify qualified (commissionable) sales. Cookies are valid for a period of thirty (30) days (hereinafter, the “Cookie Period”). Affiliate will receive commissions for qualified sales made during the Cookie Period. This means that an Affiliate may receive a commission for a qualified sale when the sale is made within sixty days of the user clicking on the Affiliate Link, and provided that the Affiliate was the source of the referral. If a user clicks on multiple Affiliate Links, the commission will be applied to the last link clicked before the sale. If the user’s last click before making the purchase was on a paid channel, such as Google PPC, the purchase will not be considered a qualified purchase and Affiliate will not receive any commission.
Commissions are calculated by multiplying the applicable commission percentage by the price of qualified sales (excluding VAT) after applying the discount code. No commissions will be paid for cancelled or refunded sales (the user is entitled to a money-back guarantee for the course amount in most cases).
Bionobo will be responsible for paying the taxes applicable to the commission, so it will not be necessary to present an invoice to receive it from 01.07.2023.
To prevent fraudulent activity, commissions are subject to review and other restrictions. Bionobo® reserves the right to deny commissions if any fraudulent activity is detected.
Commission payments will be made in the last 15 days of the month (or on the day of the month that Bionobo® stipulates as the payment date) once the affiliate has notified their interest in receiving the commission or redeeming it for a purchase code/voucher for personal use.
Commissions will be paid through PayPal, so the user is responsible for entering their associated email address on the Affiliate Platform.
The minimum payment amount of the Bionobo® Affiliate Program: There will be no limit if you want to redeem for a bonus, previously it was 50 Euros. From now on (20.07.2023) onwards in order to collect/redeem the commission there will be a minimum of 3 sales to referred customers and if you want us to transfer your balance to you it will be once you accumulate a minimum of 150 Euros of commission.

The affiliate will be able to enjoy his commission exclusively if 3 or more sales have been made through his referred customers.
If the Affiliate does not meet the minimum requirements for payment of the membership fee, the amount will be kept as a credit in the Affiliate's account until the requirements are met.
Payment will be made in the currency in which the referred customer paid for the Bionobo® product or service.
3. Program restrictions
Bionobo® may, at its sole discretion, temporarily or permanently remove from the program and deny commissions to those Affiliates who do not meet the Entry and Participation Requirements in the Bionobo® Affiliate Program.
Site Responsibility
Affiliate is solely responsible for its site, including its development, operation and maintenance, as well as all material appearing on or within it. Bionobo® disclaims any liability for Affiliate's site and any claims of users relating to the site. Affiliate further agrees to protect, indemnify and hold Bionobo® harmless from any claim or demand relating to Affiliate's site.
