- If you refuse your package due to customs fees, refunds will not be issued.
Shipping and Tracking Costs
- Shipping costs will be calculated before completing the purchase.
- When processing your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Return policy
Return Conditions
- The product must be in perfect condition, with its original labeling and all accessories or promotions included.
- The deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal is 7 calendar days from the delivery of the product.
- In case of withdrawal, the amount of the product will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.
Return Process
- The refund will be made within 7 calendar days after receiving the returned product or proof of its return.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
- In partial returns, only the amount corresponding to the returned products will be refunded.
Exceptions
- Items marked as gifts cannot be returned individually.
- For promotional products, only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
Products Damaged During Shipping
If the product has been damaged during transport, you can request a reshipment by providing photographs of the damaged package within 7 days of receipt.
