   • In locations with maritime service, up to 10 days.
   • Note: Canary Islands may have an extra import DUA charge (20€) payable at destination. Import and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notes

• Orders confirmed before 3:00 p.m. (on a working day) will be processed the same day.
• Delivery times may vary due to external conditions such as customs and logistics in each country.
• International Orders : May be subject to customs inspection and fees at destination.
• Canary Islands : It is required to include the DNI number in the address to facilitate delivery.

Important information about Customs and International Tariffs

• International orders may be subject to local customs inspections as well as additional fees.
• Bionobo is not responsible for orders held, damaged or rejected by customs.
• If you refuse your package due to customs fees, refunds will not be issued.

Shipping and Tracking Costs

• Shipping costs will be calculated before completing the purchase.
• When processing your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Return policy

Return Conditions

1. The product must be in perfect condition, with its original labeling and all accessories or promotions included.
2. The deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal is 7 calendar days from the delivery of the product.
3. In case of withdrawal, the amount of the product will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.

Return Process

1. The refund will be made within 7 calendar days after receiving the returned product or proof of its return.
2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
3. In partial returns, only the amount corresponding to the returned products will be refunded.

Exceptions

• Items marked as gifts cannot be returned individually.
• For promotional products, only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

Products Damaged During Shipping

If the product has been damaged during transport, you can request a reshipment by providing photographs of the damaged package within 7 days of receipt.
