How is it possible that a product with Alkaline pH is composed of "acids"?

Fulvic and humic acids are organic compounds that are present in both soil and water in a natural state, provided that there is a healthy microbiota. These microorganisms are responsible for decomposing plant organic matter, during thousands of unaltered life cycles, to produce these acidic pH compounds, which are at the base of the food chain, since all living beings depend on them.

These compounds in their original form and due to their complex molecular structure, are insoluble in an acidic liquid medium.
