All our products are available in our main warehouse, so if you make your purchase before 3:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), the order will be processed the same day. At the time your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the tracking number of the order in case you may need it to track it. Orders placed during the weekend will be handled first thing on Monday.
It is from this moment when the delivery time begins to count.
1. Peninsula (€4.24)
- You will receive your order within 24 to 96 hours as long as you meet the conditions described above.
2. Balearic Islands (€9.09)
Orders confirmed before 3:00 p.m. (on business days), have a delivery time of between 48 and 92 hours.
3. Canary Islands €10
The transport company we work with in the Canary Islands offers us a delivery between 72 hours and 7 working days. In some locations with maritime service, the order may have up to 10 days of delivery.
Canary Islands and Ceuta/Melilla may carry an extra DUA Import charge of €20 payable at destination (DAP). Costs related to import and customs are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your local post/customs office for more information.
The cities of Ceuta and Melilla and the Portuguese Islands are excluded as shipping areas for our products.
4. International (€12)

Bionobo is not responsible for the payment of customs duties and fees.
If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at customs. If you would like a refund for your order, please contact us at email@example.com
Bionobo is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at customs. If a package is rejected by customs, it is returned to us and we receive it back from customs, we can refund your order only if we receive the package back and the contents are in salable condition.
In the event that the package is not returned by customs or is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund. We are not responsible for paying for the package to be returned to us or for reimbursing the customer for that cost.
International orders/shipments may be subject to possible opening of packages and inspection of merchandise by customs officials of the country of delivery.
Bionobo is not responsible for orders that are held at customs, damaged at customs, or refused entry at customs due to this process.
NOTE: Possible customs charges and customs duties will occur especially for international and Canadian customers.
When you select a product, it is important that you look at the shipping cost that will be calculated before finalizing the purchase. Since depending on your location or country, prices may vary.
1. The returned product must be in perfect condition, with its original labeling, promotional products, and in general everything that is linked to the purchase of the aforementioned product.
2. The term for exercising the right of withdrawal is 7 calendar days from the delivery of the product.
3. In case of withdrawal, Bionobo® must refund all payment received from the consumer, not including shipping costs.
4.Returns will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 7 calendar days For its part, Bionobo® must reimburse any payment received from the consumer, not including costs of delivery before 7 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which you have been informed of the withdrawal decision. Bionobo® may retain the refund of the price until it has received the goods or proof of their return. The refund of the amounts will be made on the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase, always taking into account, for the refund, the payment method used by the customer
5. Returns and partial cancellations of an order will give rise to partial refunds of the total amount paid for the entire order.
6. Those items identified as gifts acquired by purchasing an order and that are requested to be returned unitarily will not be subject to the right of return.
7. In the promoted products and in case of withdrawal, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
7. If the product has been damaged during shipping or has suffered any damage during transport, you can request a re-shipment of the original product. For this, it will be necessary that you send us photographs of the package within 7 days from the moment you received the package.
