Alcalina® is a 100% natural product that is present in certain foods, soil and water. To date no adverse reactions have been documented. The quality we work with at Bionobo is the purest available on the market and these statements are based on our purity and concentration and do not apply to all organic minerals as the vast majority available have been extracted with chemicals.

It is important to know that Alcalina® contains a high concentration unlike similar products on the market, so it is highly reactive in the body, and should take into account the following: 

A. If you combine it with other foods, supplements or medications, you should know that it amplifies the assimilation and bioavailability of these other compounds, so you can use it as a tool and enhance your food, but you should leave at least two hours of difference if you are taking medication so as not to alter the amount absorbed.

B. It is the first time you take it, it is normal to go through a detoxification process during the first few days, especially if you have been diagnosed with heavy metal poisoning. This process varies from person to person so we recommend starting small and increasing over time (Start with 4 drops). Less is more, it is not dangerous but it can be uncomfortable, with a little headache and discomfort for a few days if the dose is high and the body contains many heavy metals, as the chelation process can be somewhat heavy. We recommend you to go to a health professional or health specialist to get detailed information.

Every morning, on an empty stomach, mix 10 drops of Alcalina® in a glass of non-chlorinated water.

Adults:

Take 10 drops on an empty stomach in 200 ml of non-chlorinated, non-fluoridated water on an empty stomach. Or as advised by your health care professional.

Children: Take 5 drops on an empty stomach in 150 ml of non-chlorinated and non-fluoridated water on an empty stomach. Or as advised by your healthcare professional.

Additional important notes:

Should be taken in non-chlorinated water and preferably in non-fluoridated water. Chlorine acts as an antibiotic in the stomach and prolonged exposure can damage our microbiota, which counteracts the work of Alcalina® as a probiotic and fluoride is a neurotoxin and is harmful to the thyroid and brain. Change your water and you will change your life.

A standard filter filters out most of the chlorine - however, only distilled water, reverse osmosis water or the use of a special fluoride filter can filter out fluoride if your water supply is fluoridated. In our store we offer the quality and affordable filtering option available. View in store

A quality bottled water without fluoride can be used safely however all that we have tested in Spain contain fluoride.  

Pro Tip:

Best consumed by drinking through a straw to avoid contact with teeth (consistent daily use may eventually cause slight staining although this is not at all common). Ideally, use a glass straw.

It is important to note that if you are under medical treatment you should consult with a specialist before taking Alcalina®. 

If you wish to take Alcalina® and you are taking hormones, it is necessary to respect a space of at least two hours between both intakes so as not to alter the bioavailability of the hormones and that your body absorbs more than it should, since Alcalina® reduces the surface tension of the cell membranes allowing any substance you are taking to penetrate more easily into the cells.
