Free shipping policy for all orders:
*Free shipping to all destinations on orders over 35 Euros. If the value of your order is less than 35 Euros after applying a discount, we will apply the shipping costs corresponding to the destination region.
Shipping times:
All our products are available in our main warehouse, so if you make your purchase before 3:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), the order will be processed the same day. As soon as your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email notifying you of the order's tracking number in case you need it to track it. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed first thing on Monday. The delivery period starts from this moment.
*Black Friday 2022: Free Shipping (11/25 - 11/27)
All orders with a value over 10 Euros will have free shipping to any destination.
Orders over 200 Euros will receive a free gift from Bionobo.
1. Peninsula (€4.24) * Free for purchases over €35.
- You will receive your order within 24 to 96 hours as long as you meet the conditions described above.
2. Balearic Islands (9.09€) * Free for purchases over 35 Euros.
Orders confirmed before 3:00 p.m. (on a working day) have a delivery time of between 48 and 92 hours.
3. Canary Islands (€10) * Free for purchases over €50.
The transport company we work with in the Canary Islands offers delivery within 72 hours to 7 working days. In some locations with maritime service, the order may take up to 10 days to be delivered.
Canary Islands and Ceuta/Melilla may incur an extra charge of €20 Importation DUA payable at destination (DAP). Expenses related to import and customs are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your local post office/customs office for more information.
The cities of Ceuta and Melilla and the Portuguese Islands are excluded as shipping areas for our products.
4. International (12€) European Union * Free for purchases over 35 Euros and rest of the world * Free for purchases over 150 Euros.

Bionobo is not responsible for the payment of customs fees and tariffs.
If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we are not responsible to refund that order or resend the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at customs. If you would like a refund for your order, please contact us at hello@bionobo.com
Bionobo is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused by customs. If a package is refused by customs, returned to us, and we receive it back from customs, we can refund the order only if we receive the package back and the contents are in a salable condition.
In the event that the package is not returned by customs or is lost in transit, we are unable to issue a refund. We are not responsible for paying to have the package returned to us or reimbursing the customer for that cost.
International orders/shipments may be subject to possible opening of packages and inspection of merchandise by customs officials in the country of delivery.
Bionobo is not responsible for orders that are held in customs, damaged in customs, or refused entry by customs due to this process.
NOTE: Possible customs and duty charges will occur especially for international and Canadian customers.
SHIPPING COSTS
When you select a product, it is important to look at the shipping cost, which will be calculated before finalizing the purchase. Prices may vary depending on your location or country.
RETURNS
1. The returned product must be in perfect condition, with its original labeling, promotional products, and in general everything that is associated with the purchase of the aforementioned product.
2. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 7 calendar days from the delivery of the product.
3. In case of withdrawal, Bionobo ® shall refund all payments received from the consumer, excluding shipping costs.
4. Refunds will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 calendar days. For its part, Bionobo ® Bionobo ® shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer, excluding delivery costs, within 7 calendar days from the date on which it was informed of the decision to withdraw. may withhold the refund of the price until it has received the goods or proof of their return. The refund of the amounts will be made to the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase, always taking into account, for the refund, the payment method used by the customer.
5. Returns and partial cancellations of an order will result in partial refunds of the total amount paid for the entire order.
6. Items identified as gifts acquired with the purchase of an order and that are requested to be returned individually will not be subject to the right of return.
7. In the case of promotional products and in the event of withdrawal, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
7. If the product has been damaged during shipping or has suffered any damage during transport, you may request a reshipment of the original product. To do so, you will need to send us photographs of the package within 7 days from the moment you received the package.
