Directions for Use:

• Do not exceed 3 capsules daily unless directed by a nutrition specialist.

Results and Duration of Treatment:

• Some people notice instant effects, but real changes may take several weeks. It is recommended to take biohack® for 10-12 weeks and keep a journal to monitor changes over time.
• Do not take long term . After 6 months of use, it is advisable to take a break to avoid the creation of resistance. The goal is for the body to achieve homeostasis and manage stress on its own.
